Look, we don't want you stuck with faulty gear. If something shows up damaged or defective, we'll sort it out - no dramas.
Proof, please: You'll need a receipt or proof of purchase (we can't just take your word that your dog ate your T-shirt).
30-day window: You've got 30 days from delivery to let us know. After that, it's yours for life.
Condition matters: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original state. If you've worn it out on a road trip already, that's on you.
No-go items: Limited drops, sale items, and gift cards are final. No returns, no excuses.
Costs: You'll cover the shipping back to us. Once we approve it, we'll ship you a replacement express, because waiting sucks.
Exchange: Wrong size? we'll swap it if stock allows, but again, unused only.
Refunds? Nah, not really our thing, We're and exchange/replace crew.
Exchange or replacements go through info@revandroam.store, because we keep it simple not complicated.
